What we are aiming for

We build this site to be usable with a keyboard alone, to work with screen readers, to keep text readable against its background, and to stay legible when you zoom in or turn your phone sideways. The standard we are working toward is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Where we actually are

Working toward a standard is not the same as being certified against it, and we would rather say so than claim otherwise. This site has not been through a formal third-party accessibility audit. Parts of it may fall short, and we would genuinely like to know which.

If something is in your way

Call (352) 915-ROOF and say what happened — which page, and what did not work. A person answers, and you will not be asked to fill in a form to report that a form is the problem.

Anything you can do on this website you can do on the phone instead: book an estimate, get your roof measured, ask about materials, ask what a repair involves. The website is a convenience, not the only door in.

Parts we do not control

A few things here come from other companies — the anti-spam check on our forms, the mapping data behind the instant roof estimate, and our analytics. We pick vendors who take this seriously, but we cannot fix their code. If one of those is what is blocking you, call us and we will simply do it for you.

Keeping this honest

We review accessibility when we make significant changes to the site, and we act on what people report. If you tell us something is broken and we can fix it, we will.
